Pilates Pricing

It is compulsory to book an introduction session or introduction group class before commencing group class.  In this session you can orientate yourself to the equipment, learn how to use your core and the correct pilates posture. This will ensure you get the most out of classes. We then decide which level of class you will suit best and support you with that. Some clients do need more one on one sessions to get to a greater level of skill or fitness and then join the classes. Please book online or contact us to book this appointment in!
